Please do not send sensitive data or confidential information that is not necessary for assessing your request.

We use the data to respond to requests, assess technical projects, prepare offers, and communicate about the inquiry submitted to us.
Depending on the case, the legal basis is the pre-contractual step initiated by you, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and legal obligations that may apply if a collaboration begins.
4. Third-Party Services
The contact form is sent through FormSubmit to our email address. The data may pass through FormSubmit's infrastructure in order to deliver the message.
The website uses external resources such as Google Fonts, Material Symbols, and the Tailwind CDN to render the interface correctly. Links to WhatsApp, Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook open only if you choose to use them.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other marketing tracking tools. The website may use only technical mechanisms required for normal page functionality.
6. Retention
We keep submitted requests for as long as needed to reply, prepare offers, and follow up on communication. As a general practice, inquiries that do not lead to collaboration are kept for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is necessary to defend rights or comply with legal obligations.

Data may be accessed by the Electric Dot Vibe team and, if necessary to handle the request, by technical suppliers or partners involved in assessing the project. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing campaigns.
